Nabulsi/1kg

A semi-hard, brined white cheese similar to Halloumi, with a firm texture and mild, finished with nigella seed (habbat al baraka). Like Halloumi, it holds its shape when heated, grilling and frying to a golden crust without melting. Made from fresh Bekaa Valley milk, with no additives or preservatives.
